Duties & Responsibilities

  • Matric or Shipping Related Qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong background in Liner, Container and RORO operations
  • Experienced in freight collect invoicing, manifests, sailing schedules, reconciliation and quotations
  • Confident, client-facing communicator
  • Global coordination experience (China, India, Japan)
  • Ensures seamless operations and accurate reporting
  • Delivers high-level customer service in fast-paced logistics environments
