To thrive in this role, you need to have completed Grade 12. This foundational qualification ensures you are equipped with the essential academic grounding to navigate the responsibilities of the position confidently and effectively. We are looking for someone who brings 1–2 years of general customer experience, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment. This background helps you step into the role with a clear understanding of the pace, precision, and professionalism required in a clinical setting. Your experience will be a springboard for further growth, supported by our focused learning solutions. You will also need to have a valid South African drivers license and your own reliable transport.

Skills Requirements

Success in this role calls for a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable using computer systems to manage data and documentation efficiently. Your communication skills – both in English and Afrikaans – enable you to connect clearly and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
